We are a compact company, specialized in housing for expatriates with 15 years’ experience in the field. We focus on the areas between Rotterdam and Amsterdam (Leiden/Wassenaar/The Hague/Haarlem etc).
In this period have assisted more than 1000 expats (some more than 1 time) in their search to a new home. Also on the buyers’ market we help expats with the legal paperwork and negotiation with the selling party on behalf of the buyer.
We started the Corporate stay business when we noticed that expats don’t want to stay in a hotel during their first period in The Netherlands but prefer a house where can settle already a little bit. Our goal is to offer them their first new home!

All Our apartments in Amsterdam have official Short Stay permits, issued by the local government. These permits are only issued when the apartment meets specific safety requirements, for example on fire regulations and security.
